WHAT IS COSTUME JEWELLERY?

The term ‘costume jewellery’ means that the item is plated with, and not made from a precious metal, (i.e. silver, gold, or platinum). Our costume jewellery is plated with gold, silver, rhodium, or a mix of these. You can find further details of the plating of each item in the product description.

 

HOW DO I CLEAN AND STORE THE JEWELLERY?

Costume jewellery requires a little extra care to keep it looking its best and to avoid tarnishing over time.

Make sure you store your jewellery separately to avoid scratching against other pieces. We recommend keeping yours in the box.

If you want to keep your jewellery bright, you can give it a gentle polish with a very soft, clean cloth. This will help to keep your costume jewellery free from substances and restore shine. Try not to get your jewellery wet, and never use detergents or cleaners on your items.

CAN I WEAR THE JEWELLERY IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN?

All products are Nickel Safe and tested to the European Nickel standards. This should mean any chance of a reaction to our jewellery is minimal, but in the unlikely event that you should experience any adverse effect please remove the jewellery immediately.

WHAT IS THE EXTENT OF MY WARRANTY?


All our jewellery comes with a six-month international warranty. We are happy to replace or exchange a faulty item.
